Bennie Gonzales, age 90, born in Mineral Hills, New Mexico and resident of Rio Rancho, passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2018.
 
Mr. Gonzales is survived by his wife, Carmen; children, Tom Gonzales and wife, Debra, Peter Gonzales and wife, April; grandchildren, Thomas Gonzales, Victoria Gonzales, Kayla Gonzales, Jamie Abeyta, Chastity Gonzales and great-grandson, Azariah Gonzales, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
 
A visitation will be held from 9:45-10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10:30, a committal service will follow services at Vista Verde Memorial Park Cemetery in Rio Rancho.
 
Pallbearers will be Thomas Gonzales, Sam Ortiz, Matt Barth, Lukas Lucero, Jimmy Coca and Steve Otero. Honorary Pallbearer will be Frank Rodriguez.
