NYC Jazz Duo Plays Fuller Lodge Saturday

MUSIC News:

NYC musicians Roy Dunlap (piano) and Marcus Parsley (trumpet) will give a jazz concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at Fuller Lodge.

They will be performing a number of works from the classic American songbook. The duo will be featuring music from jazz masters Thelonius Monk and Charlie Parker, as well as their own compositions. In addition to the jazz and be-bop program, they will be reinventing and improvising over a work from Gustav Mahler’s Rückert-Lieder.

Pajarito String Band will open the evening with a short program of acoustic swing music.
