Personal Nutrition Counseling appointments also are available Friday at the Y. Other days are available with advance notice.

All nutrition classes are taught by Sara Pocernik, MS, RD, CNSC, who has experience in many areas of nutrition. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Michigan State University, and a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Tufts University. She also has worked as a clinical dietitian in intensive care and dialysis units.
