The Los Alamos Community Foundation is sponsering a free talk by local accountant Dennis Kennedy on accounting for nonprofits 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14 at projectY cowork at 150 Central Park Square in Los Alamos.
 
The session covers:
  • Financial Reporting Changes (Net Assets);
  • Revenue Recognition;
  • Internal Controls for Small Entities; and
  • Fundraising Policies and Procedures.
