NNMCAB Meets At Cities Of Gold Jan. 28

NNMCAB News:

SANTA FE – The Northern New Mexico Citizens’ Advisory Board (NNMCAB) will meet 1-5:15 p.m. Jan. 28, at the Cities of Gold Conference Center, 10-B Cities of Gold Road.

Schedule of events:

2 p.m.

  • Thomas Johnson, DOE, Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary, Acquisition and Project Management will be present: ‘DOE Contracting 101.’

  • Jack Craig, DOE, Director of the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center will follow and present: ‘Transition and Bridge Contract for the Los Alamos National Laboratory Transition from National Nuclear Security Administration Oversight to the Office of Environmental Management.’

3:45 p.m.

  • NNMCAB Liaisons: Jeff Kendall, New Mexico Environment Department; Kim Davis Lebak/Pete Maggiore, DOE; Randy Erickson, Los Alamos National Laboratory, will provide updates to the Board and attending public.

4:45 p.m.

  • The public will have an opportunity to address the Board
