NNMC Welcomes National Latino Behavioral Health Association Thursday

ESPAÑOLA — The National Latino Behavioral Health Association’s Connecting Our Voices invites the community to the premiere of our Summer Youth Interns’ 2023 Public Service Announcement premiere and roundtable at the Northern New Mexico College Center for the Arts.

A light lunch and networking opportunity will begin at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023, followed by the PSA viewing and roundtable Q&A.

These powerful PSAs were created by youth for youth and focus on substance abuse prevention and mental health awareness. Interns from the Summer 2023 cohort ranged in age from 16 – 20. One hundred seventh graders from Carlos Vigil Middle School will be special guests at this amazing event, which gives us all a chance to hear the voices of our youth. 

Tabling opportunities are available. (Venue is indoors and you will need to bring your own table and chairs). Please contact us if your organization would like to set up a table.
