NMSP News:
RIO ARRIBA COUNTY – The New Mexico State Police (NMSP) canceled the missing and endangered person advisory Sunday night for Mary Ellen Emily Quintana as she has been located.
NMSP had issued the advisory Saturday seeking assistance from the public in locating Quintana, 73, of Radium Springs. She told family members she would be traveling to Española, then went missing.
