NMSC Presents Epic Mozart’s Requiem March 6

ALBUQUERQUE  The New Mexico Symphonic Chorus and Orchestra will perform Mozart’s sublime Requiem, as well as famed Coronation Anthems by Handel, at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 6, at the First United Methodist Church in Albuquerque with ample, convenient, free parking nearby – 314 Lead Ave. SW (Lead and 4th Street).
 
New Mexico audience favorites mezzo-soprano Jacqueline Zander-Wall, soprano Marilyn Thomas Bernard, tenor Eric Parker and baritone Stephen Lewis will be featured soloists in this highly anticipated concert.
 
“Our audience members will be overwhelmed with the beauty of the music in this concert as performed by our talented chorus, full orchestra and soloists,” said Roger Melone, Chorus music director. “We’re especially thrilled to have soloist Jacqueline Zander-Wall join us and sing in the First United Methodist Church with its great acoustics and ambiance.”
