NMDOT News:
SANTA FE — The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) along with Brasier Asphalt Inc. will begin a pavement rehabilitation project Monday, June 12 in the Santa Fe area.Â
Work will take place on I 25 in both directions from mile marker 277 (South of Cerrillos Rd.) to 290 (South of El Dorado). The 13-mile project is expected to last 20 working days and will include new pavement and striping.
Work will take place 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., six days a week weather permitting. One lane will be closed during non-peak hours, with all lanes leading into the Santa Fe area remaining open until 9 a.m., and all lanes leading out of the Santa Fe area reopening before 4 p.m. each day.
Motorists are advised to use caution, obey posted speed limits, expect delays and plan accordingly.Â
