ALBUQUERQUE — Gov. Susana Martinez will announce at an event today that GandyDancer LLC, a longtime New Mexico family-run railroad maintenance and construction company, is expanding, creating 200 new jobs and breaking ground on a new transloading facility, New Mexico Transloading LLC.

Economic Development Secretary Jon Barela, the City of Albuquerque, Wells Fargo, and representatives of GandyDancer and New Mexico Transloading will join Martinez for the announcement.

This expansion will not only create 200 high-paying jobs but provide infrastructure to put Albuquerque on the map as a destination for commercial train stops and provide businesses in Central New Mexico an economical rail alternative to trucking bulk goods.
