New Mexico Tourism Department Reminds Traveling Public About Holiday Closures At Visitor Information Centers

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Tourism Department’s (NMTD) four Visitor Information Centers will be closed Friday, Dec. 24, in observance of Christmas and Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, in observance of the New Year holiday.

The four state-operated visitor information centers include:

  • 491 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe 87501 (downtown Santa Fe);
  • 191 Stagecoach Road, Lordsburg 88045 (I-10 near Arizona);
  • East I-40 Exit #3 Rest Area, Manuelito 87301 (I-40 near Arizona);
  • 37315 I-40 C, Glenrio 88434 (I-40 near Texas)

Normal operating hours for NMTD visitor information centers are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To learn more about New Mexico during the holiday season, visit www.NewMexico.org.
