New Mexico State Fair Announces Park & Ride Services

The New Mexico State Fair has added park and ride services for the 2026 State Fair event to help ease traffic and congestion during prime hours at the Fair. Park and ride busses will pick up fairgoers at Coronado Center on Saturdays and Sundays only (Sept. 12-13 and Sept. 19-20).

“The best, fastest and safest way to get to the Fair is utilizing Park and Ride,” said fair General Manager Dan Mourning. “Not only does Park and Ride allow visitors to skip the traffic, but it also allows fairgoers expedited entry into the Fair!”

Park and ride will run from Coronado Center to the State Fair from 10 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., and from the State Fair to Coronado Center from 10 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., on Saturdays. On Sundays, service will run from Coronado to the State Fair from 10 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. and from the State Fair to Coronado Center from 10 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Park and ride tickets provide expedited entry into the Fair, allowing patrons direct access to all the fun! Security screenings will take place prior to boarding.

Ticket prices for Park and Ride are as follows:

  • Bus Only Ticket: $10
  • Bus + Adult Admission: $25
  • Bus + Child Admission: $20
  • Bus + Senior Admission: $20
  • Children 5 and under: FREE
