New Mexico Health Department: Temporary System Disruption Impacts COVID-19 Reporting

NMDOH:

…Technical issue artificially lowered daily case count, has now been resolved

SANTA FE: The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) has announced that a temporary disruption in the electronic lab reporting (ELR) feed occurred that impacted the number of new COVID-19 case counts announced Tuesday by the NMDOH.

The anomaly resulted in an artificial lowering of new COVID-19 cases as reported in Tuesday’s daily case count press release.

The ELR reporting issue has been resolved and all cases reported to the state are expected to be included in tonight’s COVID-19 epidemiology report.

The NMDOH will continue to inform the public of any reporting disruptions that may impact COVID-19 case counts.
