The New Mexico Fire Marshal’s Office determined the cause of the fire was electrical and accidental.

“We are getting ready for our grand opening weekend in two weeks when we will celebrate where we’ve come from and where God has brought us since the fire,” Lanessa Amburgey said.

The community is invited to attend celebrations scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8 and 10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 9 at the new church.
