 ALBUQUERQUE – The American Red Cross Nurse has a long history of serving their communities through the Red Cross. Nursing consistently ranks as the most trusted profession in the United States.

Red Cross nurses continue to promote the Red Cross mission through one of the largest Nursing Networks in the country of 20,000 Health Professionals.

Nurses come to the Red Cross with extensive education and skills, ready to provide community care and assist in all matters related to health. Nurses work in Biomedical Services; Disaster Cycle Services; International Services; Preparedness, Health, & Safety Services; and Service to the Armed Forces, as well as state nursing associations, public health departments, colleges and universities providing nursing and public health expertise.

The New Mexico Chapter of the American Red Cross thanks not only the nurses who serve their communities through the Red Cross but all nurses, without them we would not have strong, healthy communities. Thank you.
