For their September meeting, members of the Los Alamos Mountaineers will share “Lessons Learned” from their trips.

The idea is to share true stories that relate to safety. Each story will be about 5-minutes long. The meeting will end with a light-hearted piece entitled Counterfeit Cairns of Cougar Country. This is an effective method of preventing accidents and helping each other be safe.

The public is welcome to the Wednesday, Sept. 25 meeting in the Lodge on Pajarito Mountain (special location, while Fuller Lodge is under construction.) The meeting starts at 7 p.m. (trip and event announcements, etc.), followed immediately by the program.
