ALBUQUERQUE — Coach Greg Jackson announced Wednesday that he will offer a private self-defense training session at Make-A-Wish New Mexico’s Wine and Wishes live auction Friday, May 6.

Jackson trains professional MMA fighters around the world, but is committed to supporting his hometown community of Albuquerque and its critical non-profit organizations like Make-A-Wish New Mexico. He is urging New Mexicans to purchase tickets to Wine & Wishes or to make an online contribution to Make-A-Wish New Mexico. Those attending the Wine & Wishes event can bid in the live auction for the training session with Jackson for an individual or small group. 

“Make-A-Wish New Mexico is in crucial need of New Mexicans financial support, and I am encouraging all those MMA fans and everyone else to join us at this year’s Wine & Wishes fundraiser so we can help as many children and families as possible,” Coach Jackson said. “And if you can’t make it next Friday night, please consider making a donation online to Make-A-Wish New Mexico. The joy in the faces of the Wish Kids and their families when their wishes are granted is priceless, and provides a much needed reprieve from their constant battles.”
