Mesa Top Games and Toys News:

Mesa Top Games and Toys, 1247B Central Ave., is featuring a “pop-up” style escape room that will run in the shop after hours, 6:30 p.m. Sundays, and Monday to Wednesdays starting Nov. 1 through Dec. 23.

The setup takes less than one hour and the time limit for the puzzles is one hour with an extra 30 minutes allowed if participants are close to figuring it out.

The puzzles embrace the holidays and Los Alamos. The design was conceived entirely in-house though the final product includes creative input from several of the team and community members. The title is “Christmas Baubles” – an elf named Baubles has lost a box of Santa’s Christmas magic. The mission of the participants is to help Baubles find the magic to save Christmas.

Admission is $65 per group, which can be two to six players. The game is for anyone age 8 or older.
