Math Competition Winner Earns Funds for LAHS

Alex Wang presented a $1,000 check Tuesday, April 30, to the Math Department of Los Alamos High School. Wang, a sophomore at LAHS, placed third in the national competition, ‘Who Wants to Be a Mathematician’ and as a result of his achievement, the school was awarded $1,000.
