Martin Salazar of Los Alamos graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the New Mexico Institute Of Mining And Technology. The commencement ceremony was Saturday, May 13 in Socorro. After graduation, Salazar plans to spend time at home while he starts his application for medical school in the fall of 2018.
