ACRR News:
Lynn Bjorklund was the top predictor in the weekly pace race held on the Power Line Point Trail off State Route # 4. She was 6 seconds off her predicted time as well as the first female finisher in the 3-mile race at 26:54.
Other accurate predictors were:
- Eric Anderson recording an 11 second differential and was the top finisher on the 3-mile course with a time of 21:11
- Sanna Sevanto was 30 seconds off
- Zeke Wilmot came in with 32 second difference
- Eliverio Acosta was 57 seconds off.
- On the 1-mile course 3-year-old Aster Zavorka was first with a time of 32:15
- Catherine Hensley was the best finisher in the 2 mile distance at 33:12.
Next week’s race will be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 11, and will start at the end of Range Road just past the Guaje Pines Cemetery. Take Diamond Drive North, turn left on to Range Road just past the fire station, and go to the end of the road. 1-mile paved and 2- and 3-mile trail courses will be available.
