Los Alamos Volunteer Fair At UNM-LA April 9

Are you a person with time to give to a good cause?

Do you have a strong desire to help:

  • Get involved in your Community;
  • Be a Volunteer; or
  • Find Service Projects.

Come find out about being a volunteer and speak with organizations who are recruiting volunteers in variety of activities. The 2nd Annual Los Alamos Volunteer Fair is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 9 on the UNM-LA campus, Bldg 2. The goal of the Volunteer Fair, hosted by the 2016 Leadership Los Alamos special projects, is to “connect potential volunteers with organizations in need of volunteers”.

This year’s Los Alamos Leadership Team for the Volunteer Fair also is compiling this information into a database and will have it available for the public by summer 2016.  Organizations interested in attending the fair or with questions or comments should contact losalamosvolunteerfair@gmail.com.

Leadership Los Alamos is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax exempt New Mexico organization. It is funded by generous contributions from businesses, local government, and individual donors.
