ROTARY News:

Jim Fish of Anasazi Fields Winery discussed the origins and operations of UnQuarked, the wine room in Central Park Square, with the Rotary Club of Los Alamos Tuesday at the Manhattan Project Restaurant.

Los Alamos Rotarians including Skip Dunn and Nancy Cerutti were able take a look at the wine tasting room’s menu. In addition to Anasazi Fields Winery, UnQuarked also serves wines from Vivac Winery and Black’s Smuggler Winery.

“We offer three very different styles of wine-making,” Fish said. “As a result, patrons get a nice spectrum of wines.”

UnQuarked is open 2-9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
