Los Alamos Police Collect 186 Pounds Of Prescription Medications During Saturday’s Drug Take Back Day

LAPD News:

The Los Alamos Police Department hosted its second DEA Drug Take Back Day of the year Saturday in the parking lot at Los Alamos Medical Center.

Officers collected 186 pounds of unused or unwanted prescription medications as part of the national program.

“This continues to be a successful campaign to get prescription medication out of circulation that is no longer needed.” Det. Sgt. Oliver Morris said.
