PATRICIA RAE MACMILLAN

Sept. 16 at 2:59 p.m. / Police arrested Patricia Rae MacMillan, 37, of Los Alamos on Rover Boulevard and charged her with possession of a controlled substance; giving false evidence for title/registration; driving with an open container of alcohol; driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

KRISTINE ELIZABETH RICH

Sept. 28 at 1:15 a.m. / Police arrested Kristine Elizabeth Rich, 44, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged her with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicating liquid; driving with an open container of alcohol and no taillamps.
