Los Alamos Police Blotter: Sept. 14–Sept. 20, 2016

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department. Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

JOHN LERMA

Sept. 14 at 7:38 a.m. / Police arrested John Lerma, 42, of Albuquerque at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with conspiracy and issued him a summons to appear in court.

 

 

SHAWN TRUJILLO

Sept. 15 at 7:45 a.m. / Police arrested Shawn Trujillo, 19, of Chimayo at 1695 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Sept. 15 at 1:35 p.m. / A 32-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property on 45th Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

Sept. 15 at 9:30 p.m. / Police responded to the unattended death of a Los Alamos resident. Foul play is not suspected.

Sept. 16 at 8:44 a.m. / A 56-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his vehicle parked on Hacienda Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.

Sept. 16 at 6:03 p.m. / A 56-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Monte Rey Drive N. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

Sept. 17 at 12:10 a.m. / Police responded to the unattended death of a Los Alamos resident. Foul play is not suspected.

PATRICIA MACMILLAN

Sept. 18 at 4:30 p.m. / Sept. 19 at 7:01 p.m. / Police arrested Patricia MacMillan, 32, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged her with criminal trespass and arrested her again at 161 El Courto Sept. 19 on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Sept. 19 at 3:25 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos girl at 130 Central Park Square with Minor In Possession and referred her to the juvenile probation officer and released her to her parents.

Sept. 19 at 3:25 p.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy at 130 Central Park Square with Aggravated DWI: Blood Alcohol Concentration of .16 or more and possession of drug paraphernalia and referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.

Sept. 19 at 5:08 p.m. / A 55-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of fraud on 36th Street. The estimated loss is less than $100.

KESHIA TAFOYA

Sept. 20 at 12:19 p.m. / Police arrested Keshia Tafoya, 21, of Santa Clara at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

 

 

 

ASHLEY GARCIA

Sept. 20 at 11:26 p.m. / Police arrested Ashley Garcia, 22 of Medanales at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
