Sept. 13 at 8:03 a.m. / A 63-year-old Los Alamos man reported that his property was damaged in the 100 block of Central Park Square. The estimated loss is less than $100.
Sept. 13 at 8:45 p.m. / A 19-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of criminal sexual penetration on Mesa Verde Drive. The matter is under investigation.
Sept. 14 at 12:07 a.m. / A 63-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of assault by a family member in the 2200 block of 35th Street.
FERNANDO RODRIGUEZ
Sept. 14 at 12:23 a.m. / Police arrested Fernando Rodriguez, 30, of Los Alamos in the 2500 block of Trinity Drive and charged him with DUI.
Sept. 14 at 1:04 a.m. / A 30-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of battery by a family member in the 600 block of San Ildefonso Road.
Sept. 14 at 1:10 a.m. / A police summons is pending against Bethany Lucero, 29, of Los Alamos on a charge of battery against a household member in the 600 block of San Ildefonso Road.
ERWIN PRIMERO‑RODRIGUEZ
Sept. 14 at 11:05 a.m. / Police arrested Erwin Primero-Rodriguez, 27, of Santa Fe in the 1000 block of Diamond Drive on charges of driving without a license, no evidence of vehicle registration and two misdemeanor warrants from another jurisdiction.
Sept. 14 at 11:29 p.m. / A 65-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
JUAN NESTER VIGIL
Sept. 15 at 4:46 p.m. / Police arrested Juan Nester Vigil, 33, of Los Alamos in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive and charged him with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sept. 17 at 10:05 a.m. / A 53-year-old Truchas man reported that someone damaged his property in the 3800 block of Gold Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.
TADG HOWARD WOODS
Sept. 17 at 11:01 p.m. / Police arrested Tadg Howard Woods, 55, of Los Alamos on Potrillo Drive and charged him with DUI, driving without a license and no proof of insurance.
KENNETH HAGEDORN
Sept. 18 at 12:51 p.m. / Police arrested Kenneth Hagedorn, 31, of Los Alamos in the 2500 block of Trinity Drive on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
Sept. 19 at 2:27 p.m. / A 36-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of battery and assault in the 3900 block of Alabama Street.
CLINTON GREEN
Sept. 19 at 2:47 p.m. / Police arrested Clinton Green, 26, of Los Alamos in the 3900 block of Alabama Street and charged him with aggravated battery against a household member, assault against a household member, criminal trespass and an outstanding District Court Warrant.
