ALEX SILVER

Oct. 5 at 5:49 p.m. / Police arrested Alex Silver, 27, of Los Alamos on San Ildefonso Road on an outstanding District Court warrant.

Oct. 5 at 2 a.m. / Police arrested Jonathan Guise, 39, of Los Alamos on Short Drive and charged him with battery against a household member and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

Oct. 5 at 11:46 a.m. / Police responded to the unattended death of a person on North Mesa Road. Foul play is not suspected.

PHILLIP MCFERRIN

Oct. 5 at 2:30 p.m. / Police arrested Phillip McFerrin, 26, of Los Alamos on Sherwood Boulevard on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

EMILY ORR

Oct. 5 at 3:54 p.m. / Police arrested Emily Orr, 19, of Los Alamos at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged her with criminal trespass.

ADRIAN SILVER

Oct. 5 at 6:07 p.m. / Police arrested Adrian Silver, 21, of Santa Fe on San Ildefonso Road and charged him with assault against a family member and on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

STUART GWYN

Oct. 5 at 11:35 p.m. / Police arrested Stuart Gwyn, 31, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive and charged him with DWI.

DANIEL DELGADO

Oct. 6 at 3:44 p.m. / Police arrested Daniel Delgado, 30, of Santa Fe on N.M. 4 and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.

MARK SISNEROS

Oct. 6 at 10:46 p.m. / Police arrested Mark Sisneros, 22, of Santa Fe near Diamond Drive and University Drive and charged him with driving on an expired or revoked license.

BRIANNA GARCIA

Oct. 6 at 10:53 p.m. / Police arrested Brianna Garcia, 23, of Los Alamos near University Drive and Diamond Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

JOSEPH DIMAS

Oct. 7 at 9:18 a.m. / Police arrested Joseph Dimas, 30, of Dixon, in Los Alamos and charged him with criminal sexual contact of a minor.

MARK LUJAN

Oct. 7 at 11:53 a.m. / Police arrested Mark Lujan, 49, of Espanola at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged him with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $500.

MIGUEL BUSTAMANTE OCHA

Oct. 8 at 8:37 a.m. / Police arrested Miguel Bustamante Ocha, 32, of Espanola at 124 N.M. 4 on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Oct. 8 at 9:58 p.m. / Police arrested Cory Schramm, 18, of Los Alamos on Maple Drive and charged him with possession of marijuana and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

Oct. 9 at 3:57 p.m. / Police arrested Erica Martinez, 19, of Ohkay Owingeh near Diamond Drive and West Road on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

MATHEW HUDGINS

Oct. 9 at 10:44 p.m. / Police arrested Mathew Hudgins, 30, of Los Alamos on Sycamore Street and charged him with aggravated assault.

DUSTIN NELSON

Oct. 9 at 10:56 p.m. / Police arrested Dustin Nelson, 27, M, of Los Alamos on Sycamore Street and charged him with Aggravated DWI: Blood Alcohol Concentration of .16 or more and on an outstanding District Court warrant.
