Los Alamos Police Blotter: Oct. 26 – Nov. 1, 2016

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department. Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Oct. 26 at 8:59 a.m. / A 51-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of identity theft. The estimated loss is unknown.

KYLE HILL

Oct. 27 at 1:47 a.m. / Police arrested Kyle Hill, 20, of Los Alamos near Diamond Drive and Urban Street and charged him with DWI.

Oct. 27 at 7:46 a.m. / Police arrested James Fallon, 53, of Los Alamos at 945 San Ildefonso Road and charged him with possession of marijuana of more than 8 ounces and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

Oct. 27 at 7:46 a.m. / Police arrested Mark Fallon, 58, of Arroyo Hondo at 945 San Ildefonso Road and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

MARIA MENDOZA-ARROYO

Oct. 27 at 11:59 a.m. / Police arrested Maria Mendoza-Arroyo, 32, of Espanola on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Oct. 28 at 1:36 p.m. / Police arrested Celso Ramos, 37, of Santa Cruz at 2500 Trinity Dr.,  on an outstanding District Court warrant. The police booking photo is not available.

Oct. 29 at 2:38 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos boy with possession of drug paraphernalia and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

Oct. 29 at 5:29 p.m. / A 46-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone burglarized her vehicle parked on Nambe Loop. The estimated damage is unknown.

Oct. 30 at 11:07 p.m. / Police arrested John Lerma, 42, of Albuquerque at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction. The police booking photo is not available.

Oct. 30 at 12:04 p.m. / Police arrested Jose Fernandez, 30, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with failure to provide immediate notice of a crash and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

CHRISTOPHER CARMICHAEL

Oct. 30 at 4:37 p.m. / Police arrested Christopher Carmichael, 46, of Alamogordo at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

 

 

 

CRYSTAL PADILLA

Oct. 31 at 12:33 a.m. / Police arrested Crystal Padilla, 33, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Oct. 31 at 12:11 p.m. / Police responded to the unattended death of a 77-year-old Los Alamos man on Rim Road. Foul play is not suspected.

 

 

KENNETH DUNCAN

Oct. 31 at 1:37 p.m. / Police arrested Kenneth Duncan, 57, of Los Alamos at 256 DP Road and charged him with DWI.

Oct. 31 at 9 p.m. / A 50-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone trespassed on her property on Trinity Drive.

 

 

RYAN BARNES

Oct. 31 at 9:01 p.m. / Police arrested Ryan Barnes, 38, of Valverde at 1239 Trinity Dr., and charged him with assault.

 

 

ADRIAN TAYLOR

Nov. 1 at noon / Police arrested Adrian Taylor, 58, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
