LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department. Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Oct. 19 at 4:40 a.m. / Police arrested Ashlee Justice, 24, of Los Alamos on East Road and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

COLEMAN SMITH

Oct. 19 at 10:01 a.m. / Police arrested Coleman Smith, 59, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

Oct. 19 at 2:29 p.m. / A 14-year-old Los Alamos boy reported that he is the victim of larceny on 20th Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Oct. 20 at 10:30 a.m. / A 44-year-old Rock Springs man reported that he is the victim of larceny on Villa Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

CLAY STALEY

Oct. 20 at 11:09 a.m. / Police arrested Clay Staley, 36, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

Oct. 20 at 2:27 p.m. / The Los Alamos County Bomb Squad responded to a suspicious item on Leonard Lane and rendered it safe.

Oct. 21 at 2:01 p.m. / A 58-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on Lantana Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Oct. 23 at 10:41 p.m. / Police arrested Robert Kempenich, 57, of Santa Fe near Aspen +Drive and Range road and charged him with possession of marijuana and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

WILLIAM GARRETT

Oct. 24 at 3:10 p.m. / Police arrested William Garrett, 30, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and arrested him again Oct. 21 at 3000 Trinity Dr., and charged him with criminal Trespassing.

ANTONIO LOPEZ

Oct. 24 at 1 p.m. / Police arrested Antonio Lopez, 40, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

CRYSTAL PADILLA

Oct. 24 at 1:08 p.m. / Police arrested Crystal Padilla, 33, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Oct. 25 at 8:31 a.m. / A 46-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of petty larceny on Kiva Street. The estimated loss is less than $500.
