Los Alamos Police Blotter: Oct. 11 to Oct. 17, 2012

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Oct. 11 at 5:33 a.m. / A 38-year-old Espanola man reported that his vehicle was burglarized while parked in the 500 block of Central Avenue. The estimated loss is unknown.

Oct. 11 at 11:55 a.m. / A 62-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of aggravated stalking on Camino Redondo. The matter is under investigation.

Oct. 11 at 1:55 p.m. / A 21-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on Trinity Drive.

AUSTIN COX

Oct. 11 at 3:20 p.m. / Police arrested Austin Cox, 19, of Los Alamos in the 1900 block of 24th Street on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant. 

Oct. 11 at 2:32 p.m. / A 14-year-old Santa Cruz girl reported that she was the victim of larceny at Los Alamos High School. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Oct. 11 at 2:50 p.m. / A 47-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on San Ildefonso Road.

Oct. 11 at 3 p.m. / Police charged Samantha Rust, 20, of Los Alamos with battery against a household member in the 900 block of San Ildefonso Road and issued her a summons to appear in court.

Oct. 11 at 9:10 p.m. / A 47-year-old Los Alamos man reported that his vehicle was burglarized while parked in the 2100 block of Central Avenue.

KATHERINE ALLEN

Oct. 11 at 8:21 p.m. / Police arrested Katherine Allen, 50, of Santa Fe on an outstanding court warrant from another jurisdiction.

Oct. 14 at 1 a.m. / A 38-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of battery and breaking and entering in the 100 block of Azure Drive.

 

 

CHARLES BUILTA

Oct. 14 at 10:53 a.m. / Police arrested Charles Builta, 40, of Los Alamos in the 100 block of Grand Canyon on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Oct. 14 at 9:30 a.m. / A 34-year-old Los Alamos man reported that his property was damaged in the 1700 block of Central Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

Oct. 15 at 2:47 p.m. / A 16-year-old Los Alamos girl reported that she was the victim of larceny at Los Alamos High School. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Oct. 15 at 3:30 p.m. / Police charged a 14-year-old Los Alamos boy with larceny less than $250 and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

Oct. 16 at 10:40 a.m. / A 41-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 100 block of Grand Canyon Drive. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Oct. 16 at 11:37 a.m. / A 47-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of larceny in the 1400 block of 46th Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Oct. 16 at 5:07 p.m. / Los Alamos County reported that someone damaged its property in the 1000 block of Central Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

SARA RIVAS

Oct. 16 at 7:32 p.m. / Police arrested Sara Rivas, 25, of Santa Cruz in the 3900 block of West Road on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction. 

 Oct. 17 at 3:24 p.m. / A 36-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was assaulted in the 3900 block of Alabama Street.

 

 

 

JOHNNY FULTON

Oct. 17 at 4:45 p.m. / Police arrested Johnny Fulton, 36, of Los Alamos in the 3900 block of Alabama Street and charged him with aggravated assault.

 

 

 

 

ANDREW HITSON

Oct. 17 at 4:45 p.m. / Police arrested Andrew Hitson, 31, of Los Alamos in the 3900 block of Alabama Street and charged him with aggravated assault.

 

 

 

 

ROBERT BUECK

Oct. 17 at 11:02 p.m. / Police arrested Robert Bueck, 37, of Los Alamos in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive and charged him with DUI and driving without a tail light.
