Nov. 11 at 12:54 a.m. / Police arrested Ross Robert Capon, 47, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged him with open container; and driving while his license is suspended or revoked.

Nov. 18 at 6:15 a.m. / Police arrested Ross Robert Capon, 47, of Los Alamos at Los Alamos Detention Center and charged him with a Magistrate Court Order of Commitment.

Dec. 1 at 11:42 a.m. / Police arrested Donald M. Bryson, 45, of Los Alamos at at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
SHANNON VIGIL
Dec. 1 at 4:50 p.m. / Police arrested Shannon Vigil, 38, of Española and charged her with driving while license is suspended or revoked and roadway laned for traffic.
RICHARD C. SISNEROS
Dec. 4 at 5:19 a.m. / Police arrested Richard C. Sisneros, 48, of Los Alamos on Walnut Street and charged him with assault against a household member; battery against a household member and criminal damage to property household member.

Dec. 7 at 8:38 a.m. / Police arrested Eugene Raymond Nance, 52, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged him with a Municipal Court Order of Commitment.

Dec. 12 at 2:04 a.m. / Police arrested Shibli A. Fazal, 46, of Los Lunas at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged him with breaking and entering and criminal trespass.

Dec. 14 at 12:49 p.m. / Police arrested Eric L. Archuleta, 39, of Española at the Rio Arriba County Sheriffs Office on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Dec. 15 at 1:21 p.m. / Police arrested April M. Rivera, 37, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding arrest order.

Dec. 18 at 11:19 p.m. / Police arrested Jonah Zion Boudreau, 22, of Chimayo in Pojoaque on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
