Los Alamos Police Blotter: May 21 To May 27, 2015

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

May 21 at 10:18 a.m. / An 18-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of criminal sexual contact on Trinity Drive.

May 21 at 5:57 p.m. / A 44-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his vehicle parked on N.M. 4. The estimated loss is unknown.

MITCHELL DALY

May 22 at 10:30 a.m. / Police arrested Mitchell Daly, 28, of Los Alamos at 1000 Central Ave., and charged him with driving while his license is suspended or revoked.

May 22 at 2:20 p.m. / Police charged a 13-year-old Los Alamos girl with possession of marijuana at 2525 Canyon Road and referred her to the juvenile probation officer.

May 22 at 4:30 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos boy with battery upon a peace officer at 20th Street and Central Avenue and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

May 23 at 12:08 p.m. / A 50-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone ran into her vehicle parked on North Mesa Road. The estimated damage is unknown.

NATHAN MCDOWELL

May 23 at 2:28 p.m. / Police arrested Nathan McDowell, 43, of Los Alamos on North Mesa Road and charged him with hit and run.

 

 

 

JAMES MOSIER

May 23 at 11:10 p.m. / Police arrested James Mosier, 21, of Los Alamos at 301 Meadow Lane and charged him with aggravated DWI: refusal to submit to chemical testing.

May 26 at 11:02 p.m. / A 42-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on Central Avenue.

 

JOHN CRAVENS

May 27 at 2:08 p.m. / Police arrested John Cravens, 33, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding District Court warrant.

 

 

 

WAYNE HEBERT

May 27 at 5:29 p.m. / Police arrested Wayne Hebert, 24, of Los Alamos near Alabama Street and Diamond Drive on two outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
