Los Alamos Police Blotter: May 1 to May 7, 2014

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

May 1 at 3:38 p.m. / A 38-year-old Arroyo Seco woman reported that she is the victim of criminal, sexual contact/force/coercion on West Road. The matter is under investigation.

May 1 at 3:41 p.m. / A 44-year-old Santa Fe woman reported that she was harassed on Trinity Drive.

May 2 at 5:40 a.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Jemez Springs girl with possession of marijuana on N.M. 4 and referred her to the juvenile probation officer.

May 2 at 5:48 a.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos girl with possession of marijuana on N.M. 4 and referred her to the juvenile probation officer.

BRIAN TRUJILLO

May 2 at 5:05 p.m. / Police arrested Brian Trujillo, 36, of Ponderosa at 63 TD-Site Road on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and charged him with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

 

MARY DIAZ

May 4 at 9:38 a.m. / Police arrested Mary Diaz, 77, of Los Alamos on West Jemez Road and charged her with reckless driving and no proof of insurance.

 

 

 

CHRISTOPHER CARMICHAEL

May 6 at 12:47 a.m. / Police arrested Christopher Carmichael, 43, of Alamogordo at 1695 Trinity Dr., and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia

 

 

TODD WIUFF

May 6 at 11:21 a.m. / Police arrested Todd Wiuff, 47 of Los Alamos on Diamond Drive and Orange Street and charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

May 6 at 1:23 p.m. / A 25-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of an accident with injuries on 42nd Street and Diamond Drive.

STEPHEN GEISIK

May 7 at 3:28 p.m. / Police arrested Stephen Geisik, 23, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding District Court warrant.
