Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.
MOSES SALAZAR
March 14 at 3:45 a.m. / Police arrested Moses Salazar, 27, of Los Alamos in the 3900 block of Alabama Avenue and charged him with battery against a household member and criminal damage to property.
March 15 at 8:45 p.m. / Police stopped a 17-year-old Los Alamos girl for speeding in the 3700 block of East Jemez Road and charged her with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police referred the girl to the juvenile probation officer and released her to her parents.
March 16 at 3:30 p.m. / Police charged Tyler Jones, 27, of Los Alamos with larceny on Trinity Drive and issued him a summons to appear in court. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
CHRISTOPHER MCKENZIE
March 16 at 3 a.m. / Police arrested Christopher McKenzie, 32, of Santa Fe in the 3300 block of Canyon Road and charged him with battery against a household member.
JASON MINTURN
March 16 at 9:14 p.m. / Police arrested Jason Minturn, 24, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
March 17 at 6:11 p.m. / A 21-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of identity theft on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.
CHARLES BURNETT
March 17 at 1:04 a.m. / Police arrested Charles Burnett, 23, of Los Alamos in the 3900 block of Alabama Street and charged him with speeding, DUI, aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.
KELVIN LOPEZ
March 17 at 5:33 p.m. / Police arrested Kelvin Lopez, 20, of Santa Fe on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant.
STEPHEN BAROS
March 19 at 5:36 p.m. / Police arrested Stephen Baros, 30, of Espanola in the police station lobby on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
AARON FREESCHA
March 20 at 10 a.m. / Police arrested Aaron Freescha, 38, of Los Alamos and charged him with DWI and property damage at the Hilltop Deli Parking lot.
March 20 at 3:41 p.m. / Police charged Dakota Coghill, 18, of Los Alamos with trespassing at Los Alamos High School and issued him a summons to appear in court.
