Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

IRENE TSE‑PE

June 26 at 2:30 a.m. / Police arrested Irene Tse-Pe, 52, of Santa Fe at 2470 East Road and charged her with aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing.

June 26 at 9:34 a.m. / Police responded to an unattended death on Ponderosa. Foul play is not suspected.

June 27 at 8:54 p.m. / A 19-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his vehicle parked on Connie Avenue. The estimated loss is unknown.

HECTOR RENTERIA‑MADRID

June 28 at 10:40 a.m. / Police arrested Hector Renteria-Madrid, 33, of Espanola on Navajo Road in Totavi on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant and also charged him with driving without a license.

June 29 at 10:35 a.m. / A 25-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of petty larceny on 36th Street. The estimated loss is less than $100.

June 30 at 5:09 a.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy on San Ildefonso Road at Sioux with possession of drug paraphernalia.     

June 30 at 8:49 a.m. / A 49-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his home on 37th Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

June 30 at 10:13 a.m. / A 38-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone burglarized her vehicle parked on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is unknown.

June 30 at 12:10 p.m. / A 28-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone stole his vehicle parked on Canyon Road. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

ISAIAS VILLALOBOS‑MARQUEZ

June 30 at 1:17 p.m. / Police arrested Isaias Villalobos-Marquez, 25, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

June 30 at 7:53 p.m. / A 24-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on San Ildefonso Road by a household member.

DANIEL YAMADA

June 30 at 8:12 p.m. / Police arrested Daniel Yamada, 31, at 2101 Hawks Dr., and charged him with battery on a household member.

June 30 at 9:09 p.m. / An 18-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was battered on 42nd Street and Urban.

RUSTY MOCK

June 30 at 9:09 p.m. / Police arrested Rusty Mock, 45, of Los Alamos near 42nd Street and Urban and charged him with battery.

June 30 at 10:53 p.m. / A 24-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on 22nd Street by a household member.

MALIK HAMOOD

June 30 at 11:10 p.m. / Police arrested Malik Hamood, 30, of Los Alamos at 2021 22nd St., and charged him with aggravated battery against a household member.
