Los Alamos Police Blotter: June 11 To June 17, 2015

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

June 11 at 10:10 a.m. / A 58-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on 37th Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

June 12 at 12:28 p.m. / A 31-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of identity theft on Kimberly Lane. The estimated loss is unknown.

June 13 at 1:59 p.m. / Police arrested Frances Tapia, 68, of Los Alamos at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged her with shoplifting and issued her a summons to appear in court. Booking photo is not available.

June 13 at 2:32 p.m. / A 60-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of larceny on Agate Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

June 13 at 3:43 p.m. / A 61-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone trespassed on her property on Arkansas Avenue.

GABRIEL WADT

June 13 at 3:56 p.m. / Police arrested Gabriel Wadt, 25, of Los Alamos at 4015 Arkansas Ave., and charged him with criminal trespass.

 

 

JAMES EDWARD RIVERA

June 14 at 1:12 a.m. / Police arrested James Edward Rivera, 20, of Albuquerque at 2355 Trinity Dr., and charged him with disorderly, boisterous and loud conduct and using profane language.

 

 

HECTOR SANTANA

June 14 at 9:05 a.m. / Police arrested Hector Santana, 33, of Santa Fe near 19th Street and Nectar and charged him with distribution of a controlled substance: marijuana.

June 14 at 5:03 p.m. / Police charged a 13-year-old Los Alamos girl on Canyon Road with larceny and referred her to the juvenile probation officer. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

June 15 at 7:48 a.m. / A 20-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone trespassed on her property on East Jemez Road.

CAELAN CRAWFORD

June 15 at 8:01 a.m. / Police arrested Caelan Crawford, 24, of Los Alamos at 2015 East Jemez Road and charged him with criminal trespass.

June 15 at 3:15 p.m. / Police charged a 14-year-old Los Alamos boy with possession of marijuana of more than an ounce at 1801 Central Ave., and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

June 16 at 8:12 a.m. / A 91-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of fraud on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

June 16 at 8:31 a.m. / A 20-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone trespassed on her property on East Jemez Road.

JEFFREY ASLIN

June 16 at 12:10 p.m. / Police arrested Jeffrey Aslin, 47, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

 

 

FERNANDO TRUJILLO

June 17 at 7:08 a.m. / Police arrested Fernando Trujillo, 23, of Espanola on East Road and charged him with trafficking a controlled substance.
