Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

July 24 at 9:16 a.m. / A 30-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone sprayed graffiti on property on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

July 27 at 1:56 p.m. / Police arrested Andrea Herrera, 30 of Chamita at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged her with petty theft and issued her a summons to appear in court. Police booking photo unavailable.

July 28 at 10:55 p.m. / Police arrested Rachel Parker, 23, of Los Alamos at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged her with trespassing.

July 29 at 9:23 p.m. / Police arrested Mario Daily, 29, of Albuquerque at 3801 Arkansas and charged him with driving while privilege to do so has been suspended or revoked.

July 29 at 10:04 p.m. / A 17-year-old Los Alamos boy reported that someone assaulted him at Canada Way and Grand Canyon Drive in White Rock. 

July 30 at 2:11 p.m. / An 89-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of fraud on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is less than $20,000.
