Los Alamos Police Blotter: July 17 to July 23, 2014

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

 

NICOLE WHITE‑CHAPMAN

July 17 at 8:24 p.m. / Police arrested Nicole White-Chapman, 31, of Los Alamos at 5 Inca Lane and charged her with filing a false police report.

 

 

NANCY PADILLA

July 18 at 12:36 a.m. / Police arrested Nancy Padilla, 43, of Espanola on East Jemez Road and charged her with aggravated DWI: refusal to submit to chemical testing

July 18 at 1:41 p.m. / A 19-year-old Encino woman reported being the victim of larceny on University Drive.

July 21 at 6:04 a.m. / Police responded an unattended death on Sage Loop. Foul play is not suspected.

July 22 at 4:06 a.m. / Police arrested Gary Mares, 63, of Albuquerque at 400 Roma N.W., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and issued him a summons to appear in court.

July 22 at 11:59 a.m. / A 23-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of fraud on Walnut Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

GLENN FERNANDEZ

July 22 at 1:01 p.m. / Police arrested Glenn Fernandez, 21, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

July 22 at 1:20 p.m. / Police arrested Charles Hall, 18, of Los Alamos at 600 San Ildefonso Road and charged him with possession of marijuana and issued him a summons to appear in court.

 

BERNIE MANZANARES

July 23 at 7:42 a.m. / Police arrested Bernie Manzanares, 41, of El Rito on N.M. 4 and charged him with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

 

 

ASHLEY HERRERA

July 23 at 3:14 p.m. / Police arrested Ashley Herrera, 25, of El Llano at 751 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
