Los Alamos Police Blotter: July 11 To July 29, 2020

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

 

CODY MACGILLIVRAY

July 11 at 6 p.m. / Police arrested Cody MacGillivray, 43, of Santa Fe on N.M. 4 and charged him with driving on streets laned for traffic, driving with an open container of alcohol and aggravated DWI: blood alcohol concentration of .16 or more.

 

LORENZA  ROMERO

July 28 at 7:32 p.m. / Police arrested Lorenza Romero, 36, of Los Alamos at Metzgers on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

 

 

RACHEL ROSALY NOGUEIRA

July 29 at 2:29 a.m. / Police arrested Rachel Rosaly Nogueira, 54, of Prescott Valley, Ariz. at East Road and Camino Entrada and charged her with driving under the influence of drugs.
