Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Jan. 29 at 1:38 p.m. / A 62-year-old Taos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Jan. 29 at 9:30 p.m. / A 54-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of larceny on Joya Loop. The estimated loss is $ less than $250.

Jan. 29 at 9:43 p.m. / Police arrested Mathew Brittelle, 37, of Los Alamos at 4000 University Dr., and charged him with breaking and entering.

Jan. 30 at 3:53 p.m. / A 25-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was battered by a household member near Aster and Yarrow streets.

Jan. 30 at 3:53 p.m. / Police arrested Aysha McClory, 22, of Los Alamos near Aster and Yarrow streets and charged her with battery against a household member.

MIGUEL DOMINGUEZ

Jan. 30 ay 9:05 p.m. / Police arrested Miguel Dominguez, 43, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and charged him with aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing.

Feb. 1 at 10 p.m. / Police arrested Adam Valdoz, 19, of Los Alamos at 650 San Ildefonso Road on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Feb. 2 at 3:06 p.m. / A 62-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of identity theft on 46th Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

Feb. 4 at 3:56 p.m. / Police arrested Kristy Hutson, 30, of Los Alamos at 41st and Sycamore streets on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Feb. 4 at 9:44 p.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy near Potrillo Drive and Rio Bravo with careless driving and possession of marijuana and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.
