Jan. 21 at 2:12 p.m. / A 47-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is being stalked on Diamond Drive.

Jan. 21 at 4:21 p.m. / Police arrested Paul Kubler, 62, of Los Alamos at 28 Short Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. 

Jan. 22 at 5:08 a.m. / Police arrested Alexander Rose, 28, of Los Alamos on N.M. 502 and charged him with aggravated DWI: Blood alcohol concentration of .16 or more. Police booking photo unavailable.

Jan. 22 at 11:27 a.m. / Police arrested Melanie Maxey, 40, of Los Alamos on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant. 

Jan. 22 at 11:29 a.m. / A 16-year-old Los Alamos girl reported being the victim of criminal sexual penetration: force/coercion on Diamond Drive. The matter is under investigation.

Jan. 22 at 1 p.m. / A 24-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being assaulted on 40th Street.

Jan. 23 at 1:01 p.m. / Police arrested Nick Hagermann, 27, of Los Alamos on an outstanding District Court warrant at 62 Hacienda Dr., and charged him with one count of trafficking a controlled substance.

Jan. 23 at 2:31 p.m. / Police arrested Christopher Sandy, 38, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on a Magistrate Court warrant and charged him with trafficking a controlled substance.

Jan. 23 at 6 p.m. / Police arrested Edith Torrez, 39, of Albuquerque on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

KELLY CASADOS

Jan. 22 at 8:56 p.m. / Police arrested Kelly Casados, 46, of Los Alamos on a District Court arrest warrant at 3055 Trinity Dr., and charged her with two counts of conspiracy to commit trafficking a controlled substance.

RONALD SNOW

Jan. 22 at 10:15 p.m. / Police arrested Ronald Snow, 40, of Los Alamos on a District Court warrant at 3055 Trinity Dr., and charged him with two counts of conspiracy to commit trafficking a controlled substance and two counts of trafficking a controlled substance.

JOE ANTHONY MARTINEZ

Jan. 22 at 10:42 p.m. / Police arrested Joe Anthony Martinez, 50, of Los Alamos on a District Court arrest warrant at 4167-B Alabama St., and charged him with two counts of conspiracy to commit trafficking a controlled substance and two counts of trafficking a controlled substance.

Jan. 23 at 7:41 a.m. / Police arrested Brendon Brown, 25, of Los Alamos on a District Court arrest warrant at 2186 37th St., and charged him with three counts of trafficking a controlled substance.

Jan. 23 at 10:36 a.m. / Police arrested Raymond Martinez, 30, of Los Alamos on a District Court arrest warrant at 2064 42nd St., and charged him with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and one count of trafficking a controlled substance.

Jan. 23 at 8:24 p.m. / Police arrested Carol Flemming, 60, of Los Alamos at 1611 36th St., and charged her with aggravated DWI: Blood alcohol concentration of .16 or more.

Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. / Police arrested Elizabeth Yates, 52, of Santa Fe on a Los Alamos Magistrate Court warrant near Airport Road and East Road and charged her with one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.

Jan. 24 at 6:23 p.m. / Police arrested Trevon Yates, 20, of Santa Fe on a Los Alamos Magistrate Court warrant near Airport Road and East Road and charged him with one count of trafficking of a controlled substance and two counts of distribution of a controlled substance.

MICHAEL MILLER

Jan. 24 at 10:30 p.m. / Police arrested Michael Miller, 18, of Los Alamos near Mariposa Court and Piedra Loop and charged him with distribution of a controlled substance.

Jan. 24 at 11 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos girl on Mariposa Court with possession of drug paraphernalia and referred her to the juvenile probation officer.

Jan. 25 at 10:47 a.m. / A 57-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered by a household member.

DEANN JANETZKY

Jan. 25 at 11:31 a.m. / Police arrested Deann Janetzky, 18, of Los Alamos at 2045 Torreon and charged her with battery against a household member.

VICTOR MARTINEZ

Jan. 25 at 6:07 p.m. / Police arrested Victor Martinez, 31, of Los Alamos at 3701 Arkansas Ave., and charged him with assault upon a police officer.

Jan. 25 at 6:30 p.m. / Police arrested Alicia Martinez, 29, of Los Alamos at 3701 Arkansas Ave., and charged her with abuse of a child. Police booking photo unavailable.

Jan. 26 at 7:58 a.m. / Crossroads Church reported being the victim of larceny of less than $2,500. The matter is under investigation.

Jan. 26 at 10:46 a.m. / Police responded to the unattended death of a 50-year-old woman on Cheryl Avenue. Foul play is not suspected.

Jan. 26. at 4 p.m. / A 47-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is being stalked on Short Drive.

Jan. 26 at 5 p.m. / Police arrested Paul Kubler, 62, of Los Alamos at 28 Short Dr., and charged him with aggravated stalking.

Jan. 27 at 1:15 p.m. / Police arrested Amber Cruze, 23, of Espanola on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

Jan. 27 at 3:26 p.m. / A 29-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on East Jemez Road. 

Jan. 27 at 8:12 p.m. / A 43-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was assaulted on Azure Street.

RUSTY MOCK

Jan. 27 at 9:46 p.m. / Police arrested Rusty Mock, 46, of Los Alamos and charged him with disorderly, profane and boisterous conduct at 114 Azure St.

Jan. 28 at 8:25 a.m. / Police arrested Sarah Orr, 21, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding District Court warrant and charged her with four counts of distribution of a controlled substance.

Jan. 28 at 9:12 a.m. / Police arrested Kilee Landon, 20 of Los Alamos at 2175 Trinity Dr., and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued her a summons to appear in court. Police booking photo is unavailable.

Jan. 28 at 10:23 a.m. / Police arrested Michael Linzy, 32, of Los Alamos at 2175 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant and also charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. / Police arrested Jaryd Marquez, 29, of Los Alamos at #230 2025 East Jemez Road and charged him with battery against a household member. Police booking photo unavailable.

WILLIAM SKELTON

Jan. 28 at 6:14 p.m. / Police arrested William Skelton, 29, of Los Alamos at 1505 15th St., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and charged him at 9 p.m. with criminal damage to property. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.
