Los Alamos Police Blotter Jan. 2 to Jan. 7, 2014

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

 

JOHN HALLADAY

Jan. 2 at 4:38 p.m. / Police arrested John Halladay, 41, of Los Alamos at 4788 Yucca St., and charged him with encouraging violation of bail or probation.

Jan. 3 at 12:36 a.m. / A 26-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on 42nd Street by a household member. 

 

GARY BOBO

Jan. 3 at 1:50 a.m. / Police arrested Gary Bobo, 42, at 2064 42nd St., and charged him with battery against a household member.

 

 

ANDREA RIVERA

Jan. 3 at 2:11 a.m. / Police arrested Andrea Rivera, 26, of Los Alamos at 2064 42nd St., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Jan. 3 at 8:55 p.m. / A 35-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on Canyon Road by a household member.

 

GABRIEL WADT

Jan. 5 at 12:04 a.m. / Police arrested Gabriel Wadt, 24, of Los Alamos at 610 Trinity Dr., and charged him with aggravated DWI.

 

 

LUKAS LUCERO

Jan. 5 at 12:32 a.m. / Police arrested Lukas Lucero, 23, of Los Alamos at 610 Trinity Dr., and charged him with battery upon a police officer, and arrested him again at 9:35 p.m. at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with assault. 

 

 

DANIEL YAMADA

Jan. 6 at 3:49 p.m. / Police arrested Daniel Yamada, 31, of Los Alamos at 1700 Camino Redondo on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Jan. 6 at 11:59 p.m. / A 19-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered on 41st Street. The matter is under investigation. 

Jan. 7 at 7:57 a.m. / A 49-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Monte Rey Drive. The estimated damage is more than $1,000.

GLENN FERNANDEZ

Jan. 7 at 12:04 p.m. / Police arrested Glenn Fernandez, 20, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Jan. 7 at 12:09 p.m. / A 46-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone used her credit card without permission. The estimated loss is unknown.
