Los Alamos Police Blotter: Jan. 10 to Jan. 16, 2013

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Jan. 10 at 4:17 a.m. / Police received a report from Los Alamos National Bank of criminal damage to property in the 2000 block of Trinity Dr. the estimated loss is less than $1,000.

Jan. 10 at 5:11 p.m. / Police received a report from a 20-year-old Los Alamos man that he was the victim of fraud in the 4900 block of N. Sol. The estimated loss is less than $100.

Jan. 11 at 8:08 a.m. / Police received a report from a 36-year-old Los Alamos woman that someone trespassed on her property in the 2100 block of 41st Street.

RUSTY MOCK

Jan. 11 at 8:16 a.m. / Police arrested Rusty Mock, 43, of Los Alamos near 41st Street and Urban Street and charged him with criminal trespass. 

Jan. 11 at 2:38 p.m. / A 50-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 100 block of Monte Rey North. The matter is under investigation. The estimated loss is more than $2,500.

Jan. 11 at 5:10 p.m. / A 29-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 3700 block of Gold Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Jan. 12 at 11:50 p.m. / Police charged Preston Evans, 33, of Los Alamos on Diamond Drive for driving without headlamps, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance. He was issued a citation to appear in court.

Jan 15 at 3:58 p.m. / Los Alamos National Laboratory reported that it was the victim of larceny in the 300 block of Mercury Road. The estimated loss is less than $500.

Jan. 16 at 7:52 a.m. / A 15-year-old Los Alamos boy reported that he was the victim of aggravated assault in the 1000 block of Seminole.

Jan. 16 at 11:59 a.m. / Police charged two 14-year-old Los Alamos boys in the 1300 block of Diamond Drive with aggravated assault and referred them to the juvenile probation officer.

Jan. 16 at 10:20 p.m. / Police arrested Amy Riehl, 56, of Espanola at N.M. 502 and charged her with careless driving, DUI and possession of a controlled substance.
