Feb. 8, 2023, at 11:03 a.m. / Police arrested Gary Varela, 31, of Santa Fe at Trinity Drive for possession of a controlled substance.
KENNETH MICHAEL INBODY
Feb. 17 at 10:51 p.m. / Police arrested Kenneth Michael Inbody, 20, of White Rock at 2500 Trinity Drive and charged him with aggravated DWI: refusal to submit to chemical testing; following too closely; proof of financial responsibility; and minor in possession.

Feb. 21 at 5:33 p.m. / Police arrested David N. Dye, 57, of Los Alamos on Orange and 24th Street on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Feb. 22 at 11:50 a.m. / Police arrested Eric Gabriel Greene, 19, of White Rock at Ridgecrest Avenue and charged him with trafficking controlled substances and distribution of controlled substance.

Feb. 23 at 7:24 p.m. / Police arrested Gregory Vincent Gachupin, 59, of Jemez at Diamond and Trinity and charged him with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquid.

Feb. 24 at 8:42 p.m. / Police arrested Montgomery Olcott, 25, of Los Alamos at Trinity on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant; battery; and disorderly conduct, boisterous/loud/profane language.

Feb. 27 at 2:15 p.m. / Police arrested Rodger Michael Guerra, 47, of Ohkay Owingeh at Magistrate Court on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

March 2 at 2:40 p.m. / Police arrested Brandon Kennard, 42, of White Rock at Joya Loop and charged him with violation of order of protection.

March 3 at 8:36 a.m. / Police arrested Cydney Remelius, 27, of White Rock at Joya Loop and charged her with criminal trespass.

March 3 at 3:52 p.m. / Police arrested Nicholas A. Capelli, 27, of Los Alamos at the Aquatic Center and charged him with disorderly conduct, boisterous/loud/profane language.
