The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Feb. 7 / Police arrested Danielle Staley, 27, of Los Alamos on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 7 / Police arrested Clay Staley, 36, of Los Alamos on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

Feb. 9 / Police arrested Christopher R. Carmichael, 46, of Los Alamos on an outstanding District Court warrant. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 10 / Police arrested Jesse B. Gibbons, 31, of Los Alamos on an order of commitment issued by the Municipal Court. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 11 / Police arrested Raymond J. Martinez and charged him with assault against a family member after police responded to an incident at the victim’s place of work. The incident report says Martinez was allegedly “belligerent, highly intoxicated, stumbling around and aggressive” and notes that police had earlier advised him not to make contact with the victim in his “current inebriated state”. Martinez was served with a no trespass order and a copy of the emergency protection order for the victim. He is scheduled for arraignment in Los Alamos Magistrate Court March 30. Feb. 14 / Police arrested David C. Bourassa, 38, of Los Alamos on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 18 / Police arrested Byron Keith Henderson, 49, of Los Alamos and charged him with drug possession and driving without a license. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 19 / Police arrested Erik Gonzalez-Loya, 27, of Albuquerque, and charged him with aggravated DWI. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 21 / Police arrested Brianna M. Garcia, 23, of Los Alamos on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 21 / Police arrested Mark A. Sisneros, 22, of Los Alamos on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. Police booking photo unavailable.

Feb. 23 / Police arrested Matthew Ruiz, 20, of Alcalde on an outstanding First Judicial Court warrant for allegedly failing to comply with a drug court requirement.

DANIEL J. MERRILL

Feb. 23 / Police arrested Daniel J. Merrill, 29, of Los Alamos for assault on a police officer and battery on a police officer. Merrill appeared before Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados March 2 and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing April 20.
