Los Alamos Police Blotter: Feb. 7– Feb.13, 2013

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

 ARTURO DEAGUERO

Feb. 7 at 11:30 a.m. / Police arrested Arturo Deaguero, 34, of Espanola on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant. 

Feb. 7 at 11:14 p.m. / Police charged Derrick Jameson, 30, of Los Alamos in the 2400 block of 25th Street with improper use of fireworks and issued him a summons to appear in court.

Feb. 8 at 11:54 a.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy in the 1300 block of Diamond Drive with shoplifting and referred him to the juvenile probation officer. The estimated amount is less than $100.

JAMES JUSTICE

Feb. 9 at 6:41 p.m. / Police arrested James Justice, 41, of Los Alamos in the 100 block of Bandolina Drive and charged him with battery against a household member.

Feb. 11 at 9:55 a.m. / Pavilion Construction reported that it was the victim of larceny in the 600 block of San Ildefonso Road. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

Feb. 12 at 6:38 p.m. / A 47-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of larceny in the 1300 block of 41st Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Feb. 12 at 6:58 p.m. / Police charged Alexander Gentry, 18, of Los Alamos with larceny in the 1300 block of 41st Street and issued him a summons to appear in court. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Feb. 12 at 9:41 p.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy in the 1000 block of Airport Road with resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

Feb. 13 at 1:56 p.m. / Police charged two 12-year-old Los Alamos boys in the 2500 block of Trinity Drive with possession of drug paraphernalia and referred them to the juvenile probation officer.

Feb. 13 at 3:15 p.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Abiquiu boy in the 2400 block of Central Avenue with driving without a license, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

JEFFRY LUJAN

Feb. 13 at 11:32 p.m. / Police arrested Jeffry Lujan, 42, of Santa Fe on East Road and charged him with failure to maintain his lane and DUI.
