The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

KEVIN HERRING

Feb. 5 at 3:26 p.m. / Police arrested Kevin Herring, 37, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding District Court warrant.

Feb. 6 at 10:35 a.m. / A 64-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of identity theft on Orange Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

RAYMOND MARTINEZ
Feb. 6 at 2:28 p.m. / Police arrested Raymond Martinez, 30, of Los Alamos at 2064 42nd St., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Feb. 9 at 10:49 a.m. / A 23-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on Sioux Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

JESSE CANFIELD

Feb. 9 at 12:48 p.m. / Police arrested Jesse Canfield, 35, of Los Alamos near Diamond Drive and Trinity Drive and charged him with DWI.

MARIO SANCHEZ
Feb. 9 at 3:54 p.m. / Police arrested Mario Sanchez, 26, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with shoplifting. He also was arrested at 7:28 a.m. and 9:49 a.m., Feb. 10 at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged with shoplifting. The estimated loss in each incident is less than $250.

Feb. 10 at 2:50 p.m. / A 44-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property on Central Avenue. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.
