Los Alamos Police Blotter: Feb. 13 to Feb. 18, 2014

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Feb. 13 at 10:20 a.m. / Police responded to an unattended death of a 42-year-old Los Alamos man on Aztec Avenue. Foul play is not suspected.

KELTON KALLESTEWA

Feb. 13 at 2:24 a.m. / Police arrested Kelton Kallestewa, 32, of Zuni Pueblo on East Jemez Road and charged him with his 4th DWI.

 

 

 

MARCOS PEREA

Feb. 13 at 2:26 a.m. / Police arrested Marcos Perea, 27, of Albuquerque on East Jemez Road and charged him with possession of marijuana.

Feb. 14 at 2:30 a.m. / A 56-year-old Los Alamos man reported that his vehicle was burglarized while parked on Todd Loop. The estimated loss is unknown.

Feb. 14 at 6:02 a.m. / A 36-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of aggravated burglary on Azure Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.

Feb. 14 at 8:42 a.m. / A 35-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that her property was damaged on 35th Street. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

GLENN FERNANDEZ

Feb. 14 at 11:45 a.m. / Police arrested Glenn Fernandez, 20, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

 

 

 

JOSE REALIVASQUEZ

Feb. 14 at 2:34 p.m. / Police arrested Jose Realivasquez, 27, of Santa Fe on East Road and charged him with driving with an open container of alcohol.

Feb. 14 at 5:01 p.m. / A 46-year-old Los Alamos man reported that his vehicle was burglarized while parked on Kimberly Lane. The estimated loss is unknown.

Feb. 15 at 9:39 a.m. / Police responded to an unattended death of a 91-year-old Los Alamos man on Aragon Avenue. Foul play is not suspected.

SUSAN REASS

Feb. 16 at 1:26 p.m. / Police arrested Susan Repass, 35, of Los Alamos at 610 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant and again at 3:35 p.m., at 3486 Pueblo Dr., and charged her with escaping custody of a police officer.

 

CHERYL GABALDON

Feb. 16 at 11:46 p.m. / Police arrested Cheryl Gabaldon, 49, of Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo on East Road and charged her with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Feb. 17 at 2:49 p.m. / Police arrested Rogie Chacon, 21, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. Police booking photo unavailable.

ADRIANNA CLAY

Feb. 17 at 5:13 p.m. / Police arrested Adrianna Clay, 21, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Feb. 17 at 7:52 p.m. / An 8-year-old Los Alamos girl was reported to be the victim of criminal sexual contact on Trinity Drive. The matter is under investigation.

MOSES SALAZAR

Feb. 17 at 8:20 p.m. / Police arrested Moses Salazar, 28, of Los Alamos in Pojoaque on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

 

 

 

RENEE CATA

Feb. 17 at 8:20 p.m. / Police arrested Renee Cata, 40, of Espanola in Pojoaque on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

 

 

GERE BURRELL

Feb. 18, at 12 p.m. / Police arrested Gere Burrell, 21, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an order of commitment.

Feb. 18 at 3:09 p.m. / A 40-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that her property was damaged on Sycamore Street. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

Feb. 18 at 5:28 p.m. / Police responded to a death of an 82-year-old Los Alamos man on Piedra Loop. The Office of the Medical Investigator is determining the cause of death.

CORY KERSHNER

Feb. 18 at 11:35 p.m. / Police arrested Cory Kershner, 25, of Los Alamos at 3301 Trinity Dr., and charged him with criminal damage to the property of a household member. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

Feb. 18 at 3:09 p.m. / A 40-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that her property was damaged on Sycamore Street. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
