The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Dec. 8 at 4:45 p.m. / A 71-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of larceny in the 2000 block of 47th Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Dec. 10 at 11:25 a.m. / A 76-year-Los Los Alamos man on Los Pueblos reported that he was the victim of fraudulent use of his credit card. The estimated loss is $300.

Dec. 10 at 5:22 p.m. / A 53-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of aggravated DWI with bodily injury on Trinity Drive.

GERALDINE QUINTANA

Dec. 10 at 6:45 p.m. / Police arrested Geraldine Quintana, 58, of Santa Fe in the 3000 block of West Road and charged her with abuse of a child, careless driving and aggravated DUI.

MARTIN DOMINGUEZ

Dec. 11 at 1:33 p.m. / Police arrested Martin Dominguez, 37,  of Los Alamos in the 100 block of Central Park Square on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

SALVADOR CALDERON‑CINTORA

Dec. 12 at 8:43 a.m. / Police arrested Salvador Calderon-Cintora, 41, of Alcalde on San Ildefonso Road on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Dec. 12 at 5:27 p.m. / Police charged Damian Deprospero, 35, of Los Alamos in the 1000 block of 11th Street with possession of Marijuana and issued him a citation to appear in court.
